(via subscription)Sometimes you have an idea that doesn’t require an all inclusive project. Maybe it’s packaging designs, or needing a new sales page or some other small project. My Retainer options are perfect if that’s the case. In other cases you may need some virtual assistance to ensure the integrity of your brand translates to your clients and customers.

You’re busy and you already have a lot on your plate. You have smaller design work that needs to get done to help you consistently put your best foot forward and you need some help on an ongoing basis to get there. Each subscription is designed to help you get your needed small projects and/or administrative tasks completed with attention to detail and a quick turn-around
Each month you’ll get first priority on my design calendar, and as your virtual assitant you’ll get dedicated hours of my day per week. Your subscription is tailored to your needs, and can be adjusted either to higher tier or scaled back a bit, after the initial 3-month commitment period to assess what works best for your needs

What Design Projects Are Included?
- Print Materials – sales sheets, direct mailers, brochures, business cards, stationery, signage, workbooks, brand guidelines, posters, flyers, etc.
- Digital Materials – email templates, blog banners and other web graphics, motion graphics, ebooks and workbooks, presentations, infographics, icons, digital pdfs
- Web Updates, Maintenance & Graphics – content, graphics and website maintenance. Currently for WordPress, Shopify & Squarespace sites only. Site banners, additional site pages, sales pages
- Social Media Design – Instagram posts or story templates, Pinterest graphics, Facebook advertisements, YouTube thumbnails and channel banners, etc.
- Brand Activations – course and program logos, course materials, moodboards and stock image sourcing, packaging and label design, branded GIFs, event branding, podcast graphics, launch graphics
- Additional Services – don’t see a service above that you’d like?, feel free to make a request to see if it would fall under the subscription.

it’s easy to become brand partners
Step 1: Book
Select the Brand Partnership option that most closely suits your needs on the inquiry form, and we'll schedule some time to chat briefly on a Pulse Check call about your design and/or administrative needs, business goals and how we can proceed forward
Step 2: Create
Once we've had a chat and decided on the right plan for you, you'll get your contract and invoice. Once the first payment is in, I'll set up your project in your internal client hub to submit your requests and also track time left. You'll be able to access your invoices and we can discuss the priorities for the coming month. A retainer fee is a monthly design fee. It is paid up front each month before work is ordered. Essentially, you're paying for my time versus a specific services (if you need a custom project, book a custom design chat).
Step 3: Celebrate
This process repeats for a full 3-month cycle. Once this initial cycle is completed, we will review and evaluate what is working and where we may need to adjust your reserved hours each month. From there, we will begin your selected 6 or 12 month subscription into the design partner program

11:00 AM – We kick the day off & I get to designing
1:00 PM – Check-in #1: I send the design proofs & you provide feedback.
3:00 PM – Check-in #2: Revised designs and more progress is sent for final feedback
4:30 PM – Check-in #3: Designs sent for final approval
5:00 PM – Design day complete, and files are being prepped for handoff
